A follow-up to the beginner workshop, designed to build on the skills learned in the first session while fine tuning body streamlining and getting comfortable in deeper water.
Advanced
"I want to go beyond the pool, get me ready for adventure."
Here is where the foundation of the first two workshops is developed further into strong and elegant stroke formations. Focusing on effective breathing, confident dive entries and hydrodynamic techniques.
