I/we confirm that I have read and accept the indemnity terms.*

I accept that once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued. I may reschedule my workshop booking within 30 days of the original workshop date, subject to availability.*

I accept that no changes or rescheduling will be allowed within 4 days of the workshop, as all arrangements are finalised by then. If I cancel within 4 days of the workshop date, I understand that my booking will be forfeited with no credit or reschedule provided.*

If I choose Package 2 or 3, I accept that I have up to 2 months to complete Package 2, and up to 3 months to complete Package 3.*
